This unit has many advantages, such as high-productive, material-saving, good performance , mobile and flexible, etc., which can be widely used in military building, industrial and civil construction, disaster relief building and normal storage area.

ABM from MIC company can process galvanized (colored) plate (0.58-1.52mm thickness) into Straight trough plate and arched  trough plate, then assemble them together into building with arched roof and trough plate wall, called arch shell steel structure for short.

 

Automatic building machine unit of MIC company including ＭｉＣ－２４０ and ＭｉＣ－１２０ mobile (vehicular) production facility, called ABM System in America.

ＭｉＣ－２４０mobile production facility can roll color steel plate (０．５８～１．５２ｍｍ thickness, 910 mm width) into 610 mm width (upper opening) 200mm depth straight trough plate (random lengths) and arched trough plate, then assemble straight trough plates and arched trough plates together as arch shell steel structure with １５～３６ｍspan.

 

ＭＩＣ－１２０mobile production facility can roll color steel plate (０．５８～１．５２ｍｍ thickness, 600mm width) into 305mm width (upper opening) 120mm depth straight trough plate (random lengths) and arched trough plate, then assemble straight trough plates and arched trough plates together as arch shell steel structure with ３．７～１４ｍ span.
